The Exhibition Center and Market Development Organization is a government development organization established by the proclamation number --------/2016 to re-establish the executive bodies of the City Administration Council with the aim of stimulating and transforming the economy of the city and the country by connecting the economic actors of the business sector in one trading center and creating market linkages at the national level. The organization recommends that it should carry out effective activities by adopting and expanding international and continental practices, especially by strengthening and creating partnerships with similar organizations in East Africa, as well as by preparing and leading national strategies, plans and goals. Our organization organizes various exhibitions and markets to directly connect the city's consumer community with agricultural producers and the rest of the business community in one center; In addition to its public square, it is also making its unique contribution to developing the social value bond and brotherhood among the community by successfully hosting other vibrant public, government and religious festivals and events. In addition, it is believed that it is an important task to accelerate the development work started by providing efficient, effective and quality services to the customers and the beneficiary community without any inconvenience and problems by providing the services they need from the sector and by registering a profit that can support the development work started by the government.
Based on this principle and considering that it is not a task for one or two institutions to effectively fulfill the assigned mission, our organization is fulfilling its responsibility by coordinating, coordinating and leading governmental and non-governmental institutions.
The Exhibition Center and Market Development Organization has continued its efforts to ensure citizen satisfaction with the services it provides. In this regard, it has prepared and implemented the Citizen Service Delivery Charter. The prepared charter includes the services provided by the organization, detailed service delivery requirements, service delivery standards, and the rights and obligations of users. In this regard, the charter can be considered as a document of agreement between users and stakeholders who seek services from our organization, and I believe that all stakeholders can play their part in its implementation.
